Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Becoz of some inside nose I cannot breath properly and my nose shape is changing

I have a sore throat and a Light cold. Its been there for a week, and doesn't seem to go.

My son is having nasal inflammarion from 20 days. This keeps repeating. Need help to improve the immunity. He is fine indoors.

I am suffering from Tinnitus from last 6 months and from last 3-4 months i am seeing some clicking/chirping sound in my ears while swollowing/eating and sometimes fullness in the ears as well which is suggestin some issue with Eustachian Tube. I am seeing few ENTs and they put me on a regular nasal steroid alon with the antihistamines etc but i dont see any improvement. Also the intensity of my Tinnitus has increased recently i guess. Can someone suggest me how can i treat this Eustachian tube related issues? Do we have anything in Homeopathy to treat this? Please help

5days back pain started in my right ear.it was partially stoped to that evening.but some sound is coming from my ear till now and also ear was not comfortable.

For 3 days now, my throat feels itchy. Sometimes I also have a clogged nose and I feel tired most of the time. I also have a dry cough.

I don't have a pain in my left ear, but i can't hear properly. Looks like it is clogged or infected.

I am 22. I feel a lump in my throat when I swallow saliva. I have had some brief, mild pain around that area, but nothing serious. I smoke and I’m worried it’s cancer. I am prone to acid reflux so I believe that is the actual cause but the idea it could be cancer is causing me panic attacks and I don’t know what to do

I am having a problem in my right ear it is paning and from this ear i am not getting to any voice it is having the problem of gumm.
