Asked for Male, 38 Years

I have throat infection since 3 Days, main problem is redness and inflammation in the throat. I saw a general physician and he advised me a 5 Days anti-biotic course of Moxikind 625 (B - D) along with Nock 2 1/2 tab TDS 3 days and Cap VSL-3 1B -D for 5 days and Syp Coscopin 1 1/2 tsp TDS Still after 3-4 dosage I have no improvement and throat still hurts bad when I swallow even saliva

You seem to be suffering from acute pharyngo-tonsillitis which is a common type of throat infection. You may need continue antibiotics along with good painkillers and antiseptic mouth gargle for few days
