Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I was sitting in my chair watching TV, then felt like the room was spinning, even when I closed my eyes...it last for a few seconds, then about 5 min. later, it happen again but this time it felt like my right ear closed off/filled up and a VERY loud pulsating buzzing started and last for 3-4 minutes and again I felt dizzy, i.e. spinning dizzing. It has now stopped, but still hear a slight buzz, no pain or discomfort in neck, chest or arms, just feel a little queasy. I took an aspirin around 7

I was chocked out from behind will sitting down. The guy put me in a lock the hardest he could I went really blue and I can’t remember anything after around 3 seconds of it. He did it for 25 seconds and went really blue and when he let go I laid on the chair. Then for about a minute and a half I was gasping for air and then I woke up. ThIs was 3 days ago and I have a cough. IS there any long term effects and what shall I do , thank you

Snoring problem .Can be solve by medicine. Or only operating is it solution.

I can't be in cold weather if a dust enters my nose I get score throat and middle ear infection and even nose flow I don't no what to do I'm facing this from few years

I have a slow bleed in my ear. I was cleaning with a Q-Tip and now I can hear blood pooling in my canal also I feel very lightheaded.

After woke up, if i split saliva blood is coming in brownish red. I'm having cold from past one week and now I got to know it is sinusitis.

I have been suffering from severe allergy for many years, approximately 20years, dust, smoke, cold drinks, fst fragrance, sour thingz etc become the cause of my allergy, i get flu every day n sometimes sneezing whole day. Owing to my brain memory Affects, i cant remember many thingz. , nazla, zukam, kaira, khansi, balgham ye sari problem hn plzzzz suggest me a proper treatment.

I have been experiencing throat pain on one side for around a week. The pain is not very severe but is mostly felt when I look up or yawn . At times I feel something is holding that part of throat. And at times I don't feel like talking loudly as it statins my throat. Suchn has happened before also and gone in a day or two. I don't have any cough or running nose or any soarness.
