Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My tonsils are swollen to a point in which it makes swollening hard. This is accompanied by a headache, tiredness, and body aches as well as a loss of appetite. I have had mono before, so I don’t think it’s that.

I have a white spot behind my tonsils for last seven days.no pain.no fever but still the white bump is persistent .taking nodimox but very slow or negligible improvement.tensed about hiv contraction.no lymph node swelling.is it thrush or candidiasis or just a simple strep .

M facing difficulty in listening the actual sound , which ever the music or sound isn’t auidable clearly. I think I need to get my ears cleaned up , cause as I went to a normal doctor (MBBS). What he said was my ear is covered with dust as he could see it. I wanted to know weather I can get the proper medication ..?

I have a swollen left parotid gland. I am experiencing pain while eating, sleeping. The previous doctor suggested I have parotitis and prescribed combiflam, mahacef200. I didn't see it is getting better. please help.

I am a female and 29 years old with good health and no problems.. I often use headphones of my iphone and never had a problem for almost 2 years.. last week i started having a pain in my right ear with inflammation/swollen. i visited the pharmacy and they gave me Otogen to releae the pain and I have been taking it for three days now but no help. today i couldnt sleep from the pain and now my body hurts and I feel dizzy. please advise. thank you

I've had an abscess on my tonsil for several days - I've treated it with salt water gargling, ibuprofen, and soothing warm liquids. The extreme pain has lessened but the abscess itself appears to have grown - in the beginning it was compact and bright white all over, but now covers a larger area but is patchy white with some of the normal color of my throat showing through within its border. A doctor has seen it and prescribed an antibiotic, but is it getting worse if appearing to grow?

I’ve had a visit with my doctor for some pain/discomfort when swallowing. Two weeks ago, my doctor did a throat swab and prescribed me a weeks worth of Amoxicillin. The test results showed that it was Staphylococcus Aureus mrsa. If mrsa is resistant to amoxicillin, will I be needing another antibiotic to be prescribed?

Hello, I have had a swollen lymph node for about ten months due to a really bad sore throat I developed in the begging of the year that lasted for a few months. Fast forward to now and the node is still there but now I also have another swollen lymph node under my jawline. I should mention that last night my gums were hurting really bad and tender to touch and I woke up this morning with my front gum a little swollen as well.
