I hav recently had a tonsil stone and dhen i found white spots on my tonsil

I have a lot of pain in my ears may be small hole in my eardrum ...i consult to a doctor before one year now it is again getting severe

My left ear flow our yellow fluid but not pain in about twodays , but it makes me lost the sence of hearing ,just like water come in the ear and block it. I'm a teenagers, hope you can help me....

I have a swelling on both sides of my neck beneath my jaw and it continues to grow. It's been over a year now and I have done series of tests and ultrasound but they found nothing. The front part of my neck now feels sensitive to touch preventing me from wearing clothes with high necks. What exactly is wrong with me? Sometimes I feel a tightness in my neck like am being choked

From last 2 days I am having a pain in my right ear. It seems to be from inner side of the ear like a swelling which I can feel and very little hard hearing. Today I couldn't sleep even 5 hours and it woke me. I have no cold, cough or a fever and nor had from few months. Please advice.
