Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I wanna know what's the problem with my left ear. It has been 3 years since my hearing gets muffled frequently in random situations

I have consulted with doctor for regular cold, and he had given tablet montekkast. Also consulted with ayurvedic doctor, he says Nose is not streight. He had given ayurvedic tablet and said this will take atleast 1 year to solve. Do we have resolution for this, if yes, pls guide.

There is consistent and normal pain in between jaw and neck. Some times it reaches to ear also. I have a tonsil-stone problem since long but, this type of pain never feel in past.
