Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am experiencing something inside my throat. Something pressure like thing near my jaw and adjoins areas. Currently I am having my sore throat. Kindly suggest me what are these symptoms refer to

I have used nose OTC spray daily for 2 years after having a bad cold. I am a student who works full time so I always told my self that i did not have time to deal with the 2 week rebound congestion from quitting. However, last week I quit cold turkey. Ive noticed my nose is very dry and when I look online everywhere says prolonged use causes nasal perforation. I am terrified a stupid mistake has ruined my nose.

I'm having sore throat, cold, feverish and bloodshot red eyes at sometimes of the day. Also have headaches randomly.

I had a problem of heavy cough in the throat every morning after i wake up from the bed.so,i went to ENT doctor and he diagnosed that there is a bent in the septum because of that cold present in the nose is unable to come through the nose and it comes through the throat.To solve this problem doctor told to do the LASER surgery. Is there any other way to solve the problem ?

I am having severe throat ache from last 4 days with no cold and no cough.I took Azythromicine and Allegra but of no use.Please suggest what should I do.

A 15 pound weight dropped from a pretty good height and fell directly on my nose. It’s very swollen, bruised and I can’t tell if it’s actually still bleeding(occurred around 7 hours ago) or if it’s just dried blood left in my nose from the initial accident. Should I get this checked out?

I have fluids remain in the ear and painning while i used to clean it. I have less hearing from that ear.

A little tightness in chest, littttle bit And dry and no coughing or runny nose. I dont have fever either.
