Hello doctor.
Does my ear needs to be cleaned every once in 6 months mandatorily? I work in a BPO sector as client interaction manager. I'll have to wear headsets for 10 hours a day. Will there be a large amount of dust particles inside my ear? Pls give ur valuable suggestions

In X RAY it shows nose tonsils issue I. E enlarged adenoid
Dr has suggested removal by surgery.
I would like to know if it is necessary
Can it be cured through medication. Also what is the cost range for surgery.
