Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Usg reports showing there are a number of nodules in thairoid gland. Neck is little swollen from outside.

Think I have Puberphonia. My question is, does having an adam apple affect whether or not voice has broken? For example, I have a large adams apple but my voice hasn't broken. Could this be a sign of puberphobia, or is that normal? Thanks.

I have lil fever with multiple lymph nodes behind the ear! I consulted one general physical, he suggested to take all the blood test and ear scanning! Reports are normal! He has not given any medication for fever or lymph! Could yu suggest what I should do

So all of a sudden I notice a bump in the middle of my outer ear and I’m scared it could be infected from my cartilage piercing but the bump is no where near it, it isn’t usual for me to have this bump on my ear, it’s a stiff bump and I just put ice on it before as well so I don’t know if that could be a reason.
