I have seviour problem of snoring and people around me feel so uncomfortable. Few years ago I have done a sleep test which showed sleep acenea. I also have a nasal obstruction due to bone structure. I smoke and consume alcohol and overweight by 20 kg. Can a CPAP machine help me if yes which one would you suggest

CPAP machine will help you to overcome obstructive sleep apnea but it is not a treatment for snoring. You need to reduce your weight by regular exercise and diet which will basically cure your problem. Medicines are not of any use
