Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Sir i have deep facial pain all time there is also always my nose or ear block due to bend down or lay down often cause sore throat and which it cause flu.pain is mostly on my forehead and cheeks and its also effect my memory. I get alot of medication which work temporarily but then root problem is not solved. I want permanent solution of tjis problem.

One of my ear is not normal. My right ear is flat tipped .I needed to get a quote and get is fixed pls.
