Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have had a sore throat for a week now it feels like something solid is stuck in it but there's nothing and my tounge has several swollen taste buds started oyt as one and then others showed up I thought it was because I burnt my tounge but that was 4 days ago along with that I have had what I believe is bacterial vaginosis

I am suffering from throat infection since 10 days I am taking azithromycin 500mg once daily for 3 days vitamin c 500 mg twice. The infection is not subsidising. Please suggest anything more to be done

I had done Ear Wax removal yesterday still pain is there. Is there any pro?

Suffering from feeble tinnitus and hearloss in left ear from last 3 months, but two days ago both got worse and could not hear clearly from the left ear. 2 months ago I had taken an mri scan for acoustic neuroma, and the result came negative. My tinnitus started with a little fever. No loud sound is the cause of my problem. Can the cause of this tinnitus be diagonised Please help me!
