Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Suffering from nasal blockages, sneezing, cough and sinus since long. Without nasal spary like otrivin difficult to sleep. Allopath doctor advised for operation Pl suggest your opinion.

I want to ask that is sinusitis a cureable disease. I am suffering form it and want to know how can i cure it.

I am 22 years. I have a little bit stammering problem. It occurs when I am excited more than a normal level. While giving interviews or speech I get tensed a lot and unable to start sentence. When I start and give speech it will be very fast to understand. It happens everytime when I meet new people. I have bought respirometer for breathing excercise. Can you tell how to use this instrument to treat stammering completley. I am willing to the excercise even for 6-8 months to speak fluently.

I visited one of the best ents in the city regarding the lump. He said that its normal and I have nothing to worry about. I even had a sonography done for it. Even after the result the doc said the same thing. Its normal. Its okay. But i still have doubts because he didnt even prescribe anything and i dont think it's going to go away on it's own. But now I'm still living with the lump and I sing and in my mind I am very positive that this lump sort of thing is definitely messing with my singing. It makes me hold back the higher ranges in a song. What could it be? What should i do?

A small fish bone got stuck to the side of the throat for past 3 days. Tried all home remedies , but nothing worked. Should I need to wait more or get it removed soon ?
