Chronic rhinosinusitis needs to be diagnosed by diagnostic nasal endoscopy and CT scan of paranasal sinuses. Mild mucosal thickening in paranasal sinuses is a common finding and may not be very significant unless it correlates with your symptoms. Treatment can be planned once diagnosis is confirmed
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
