Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been right ear ache for almost about 15 days.. I have consulted many doctor and they are saying it is because of impacted ear wax. They advised Some ear drop and medicines. When the dose of medicine ends again pain starts. They once have washed my ear. I feel a stone like hard mass inside my right ear and it may the earwax which accumulated to give rise the hard mass. Please help.

Throat infection and pain, due to travel and eating ice cream.no fever .only body pain.please advise.normal bp and sugar.not allergetic to any medicine.no temperature.

CT SCAN report shows right inverted nasal papilloma. Origin from lateral nasal wall. It extends in right maxillary antrum. Which procedure is preferred? Lateral rhinotomy with medial maxillotomy or Endoscopic sinus surgery.
