Having trouble speaking loudly
I am suffering from a hoarse Voice for the last one month and have trouble talking loudly. Whenever I try to speak, I am having to exert a lot of pressure on my lower torso, and the voice cracks up. I am not having any trouble breathing in general. I don't have a cough or cold. Please guide me.

Hoarseness occurs due to pathology in the vocal folds.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and get fibreoptic laryngoscopy to rule out any vocal folds abnormalities..
