Heavy voice and effort in talking
For the last 4 days i am having heavy voice and there took some effort in speaking but there is no pain in throat.may be there is mucus deposited or it happened due to loud speaking.

Hoarseness of recent onset may be due to laryngitis. The most important treatment is to rest your voice. Do not strain your voice, take plenty of oral fluids, take steam inhalation. If it is due to simple laryngitis the voice will clear within a week.
