Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have this pain in my throat when I swallow, and I don't know if this is attributed to the moldy bread I ate or some other source. I don't have anything swollen in my mouth nor do I have any rashes/spots.

I had a lump in my neck for a week now and. I think it’s making my ear hurt

I have throat pain and cold. I bought almox 500 mg. Minimum how many days I have to take this medicine and daily how much.Pls advice.
