I have a phonatory gap.
I have to give more stress to speak and voice goes down after speaking for a while. this has been since 3 month. I am having a dry and slight burning sensation in throat. I find it difficult to speak just after waking up from bed and should have to drink water to so that I can speak. yet slight burning and dry sensation persist. I have been reccomended voice adduction therapy by my speech therapost, yet the problem isn't solved. can I please contact you through skype .

You seem to be suffering from reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related disorder. You may need to take anti reflux medications for few weeks for long term benefits. Voice therapy also may be required
