  4. Phonatory gap. Please suggest me doctor!

Hello doctor my name is gunjan , my voice is not clear and hoarsness is also there. I went to the ENT clinic there doctor said that thia is due to phonatory gap. So i want to know the permanent treatment of this ,please suggest me doctor thankyou

Like the answers? Consult privately with the doctor of your choice

Sometimes phonatory gap subsides with just speech therapy. Sometimes with any intervention itself it may heal. In cases where it does not then injection laryngoplasty or medializatiom thyroplasty will be required if the gap is more and causing aspirations. But usually speech therapy gives good results
