You seem to be suffering fungal infection of the ear canal which is known as otomycosis. Cleaning of the ear canal and application of antifungal drops for few days may be necessary
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required. Meanwhile you can use candibiotic ear drops three drops three times daily
