Feel like water in ear after wax removal

Asked for Male, 33 Years

I cleared my ear wax today for both the ears due to blockage in ears by inserting the syringe with water. I did in hospital only. After few times I feel like water in my left ear. Is this due to cleaning with the water. How to take the water out now.?

Ear washing , water usually comes out ,after cleaning we dry the ear with cotton .
