Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I m suffering from past 3days.coughing is coming from last 2day and it's really very painful when i cough and when i cough after spitting the saliva there is sputum is coming again and again nd my noise is in running condition

Last one week severe throat pain after medication.myself smokes 5 cigrates per day.

So as from last two days my left ear is paining and in the night when I go to bed a fluid is coming in very low amount as I m using a cotton so light yellowish fluid is visible ...I have taken shelnac-sp in order to avoid pain... please suggest me something what I can do in this

I am having fever and runny nose since yesterday. Cough is not so severe but throat is painful.

I have an inflated mass of tissues near right ear.This problem has been since my childhood i.e for 50 years. It does not cause any sort of mechanical pain nor has resulted in any other casualty.
