Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

There is hitching in nose and throat from three months I very gone to a clinic here...they have given citrizen tables but it's only 6 to 7 hrs then again starts and running nose...what should I do...

I think i have a ganglion in my neck its kind of a litoe ball at the right of my neck it herts whenever i swallow

Dear Sir, I have hypothyroidism for last 3 years, 3 months earlier I had TSH level of 4.65 and after having and my dosage was thyronorm 50 to which my doctor had change the medicine t thyronorm 75, after 2 month usage my TSH level is now coming to 1.65. what dosage should I take now please advice.
