Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I hear buzzing noise in the ear and have frequent headaches I feel cold as well and think it may be because of that.

I m very trouble from my touncile prob pain in my neck and I m scared ant this

Left side ear and head paining too much also provide zerodol p medicine for 3 days . But there is no cured

I have been having cough for last 4 days. I have been severely coughing whole day. Sometimes I feel some stuff stuck in upper throat. But it doesn't come out.

Ear drum has a hole from 6 years 1 month ago had water perforation and severe pain. Treatment given was amoxycilin and levocitrizine. Now doctor adviced tympanoplasty But now there is no pain and no water perforation. Should i go for surgery. In case not done does it wil lead to hearing loss or any other problems in future. Audigram was done and 35% hear loss was detected.
