Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Good day Dr. I was having a cold and maleria like symptoms last two weeks. I took amatem forte for maleria and panadol for headache and mixagrip for running nose and cartarh. So everything clear within a week but I begin to have a sign of sore throat but cleared within few days, now everything seems to be OK but I am having pain and pressure on my fore head just above my left eyebrow. It get worse if I bend down.

I've been having a hard time hearing properly in both ears. Is there any problem with that?

Is it normal to cough up a little blood immediately following a nose bleed.

I have developed an allergy that puts me into anaphylaxis, I have seem a specialist and been tested for latex, pollen, grass, peanuts. I thought it was environmental but I just had another one ( its minus 20) where I live and hadnt eaten for 3-4 hours prior. No doctor can figure this out. Any ideas? I carry an epi pen. I have had pain in my nose and bleeding as well for the past 1 n a half week. When I look into my nose I see a yellow lining mixed with blood . I went to a doctor for checkup n have been taking the medication regularly as well without any improvement.

I had tympanoplasty surgery 11 days ago and my question is that it is possible that anyone recover from that surgery within 15-20 days because I am feeling so good.
