Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am  suffering from cold very reuguler basis.i had few basic tablets like citroze,coldact and d cold but still the problem ramains same.

I have been to ENT and they took culture and sensitivity test - throat swab. I got report I want to know whether I have tonsils or not? Report details below - Specimen : throat swab Gram stain: few pus cells, epithelial cells and no bacteria seen Organism isolated : no growth obtained in culture Could you please explain the report and if I have any prob. What is the next step
