Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I can't hear anything out of my right ear suddenly and it's ringing like crazy... can't sleep. I tried peroxide in my ear for wax but it didn't work. Feeling of Fullness for sure.

Thus starting 2 days ago my left ear rings like 10 times a day and it hurts sometimes i can still hear from it but i just dont know how to get rid of t i feel like i have earwax stuck in my ear and i cant get it out because if i move in a certain position i am able to hear normally or might have an ear infections i really dont know.

Dear Dr, I have cold, cough, runny nose and problem in breathing since more than 60 days. I consulted doctors locally but nothing workout such as antibiotic, syrup, antialergic tabs, nasal spray, brutalene. They only have temporary effect but it doesn't solve the problem. Further the chest X-Ray is also clear and I don't smoke or take any other drugs. Please advise
