Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been having severe pain on my neck just behind my left earlobe. I have had drainage coming out for the last several weeks but no pain until today. For the last 12 hours it has been near constant pain

My right nostril remains blocked throughout year causing difficulties in breathing.My head and eyes gets heavy and some swelling on cheek and nose side.

I am 25 yr old living in Delhi. My nose is running from 4 month. I have taken 2 month course of L-Cit-M and duonose nasal spray. Shows no improvement. But from last two week I am getting very thick and sticky mucous and also my throat make khad khad noise while coughing. Please suggest some treatment...

Hello Sir Good Afternoon I had a Vertigo problem 4 months back ,which happened suddenly ,we didnt have such history in our Family. I was treated by ENT specialist almost 2 months. Did MRI for right brains also. Okay. Now tinitus  problem for right ear still continuing ,i.e continues sound from right ear. Kindly suggest is there any remedy in alopathy. Whether its curable . Thx.
