Throat problem from last 3 months

Hi, I am having pain and wierd feeling in throat from last 3 months. I have got my ultrasound done few days back and it says “Mildly enlarged lymphnode noted in right and left level 2, larger of them measuring approx. 11*8.5 mm, no necrosis within. Impression - Mildly prominent lymph nodes noted in right and left level 2 submandibular region - non specific reactionary / infective etiology clinical correlation is suggested. FNAC of clinically necessary.” Also I had blood in cough today.

You seem to be suffering from reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related disorder. Lymph nodes seem to be non specific and insignificant. You may need to take anti reflux medications for few weeks for long term benefits
