How can u treat sinus and allergy and medication for the same please explain in detail so that I can take necessary medication and treatment for the same

What is the best way to avoid ranula /mucocele recurrence after ranula /mucocele surgery under tongue (floor of the mouth).most of the time it comes back even after the surgery.

I have noticed a small hard lump under the skin on the right side of my neck (on the back of the neck), a little below the hairline. I also have another (smaller) lump above it and to the right, under my hairline. They are both tender, but not painful. They appeared suddenly, and it's been 2/3 days. I did have some sinus stuff/sore throat earlier this week. Should I be worried? I should also mention I had an MRI (back pain) of my head/neck in Feb and it came back clean.

What is the treatment for this, now Im using drops so that i can breath through my nose but now its not working anymore. i need your advice. Thank you
