Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Live in Madivala, Bangalore. I get chronic pain in Tonsils frequently, which seems elongated with frequent tonsil stones forming. and stuffy nose since childhood. a general doctor advised to get tonsils removed. 1. is it a good option to get the tonsils removed? 2. is there any other option than get it operated? 3. which doctor to consult for a complete ENT assessment? I have been on antibiotics for strep throat for 4 days. on the 2nd and 3rd day of taking the antibiotics i felt great. But this morning i woke up with me left ear extremely congested and dizziness. how can i make this go away?

Hello Doctor, My 9 years old daughter had fever 10 days back. next day i took her to see doctor. He prescribed meftal for fever and ambroidil s + for cough. Fever used to come back every 12 hours after taking meftal. and then i saw small white patch on her right tonsil. then doctor prescribed clavam 375. she has been taking clavam for 7 days now and white patch has become very big and expanded with yellowish color. please suggest what should i do?
