Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I will like cleaning my right ear frequently . shown to ent 2 years back and did hearing test on his advice but everything is normal as per doctor but still I feel that liquid comes out from the right ear more frequently

Hey, every time I drink something a little bit of it comes out of my nose. What’s happening?

Its been 5 yrs I have tonsil issues and now I have cyst in both side of throat

While ready to sleep am getting cough continuous .it takes nearly 2 to 3 hrs to stop ...I already consulted a doctor last week he given some antibiotics and told that due to infection in throat it was happens. And the problem stopped...but again am getting cough....

Yesterday i was using my headphones with maximum volume ...and after a minute or so i experienced mild pain in internal of my ear so i stopped listening...today in morning i again was listening to the songs but this time at a very low volume..yet i experienced some mild bisturbing sensation in my ears...its like which appes during cold..but milder... Should i visit a doctor...or may be i am paying too much attention to it?

I had an accident 15 years ago and my nose got broke. Is it possible to set it now?

I've been having blocked left ear from 2 days may be arised due to earwax in canal which get dipper pushed in when I tried to remove it. It blocked my ear also causing me hearing problems. Is it good to use exotic ear drops for treatment? How long should use it and its doses please? Or any other suggestions please
