Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have headaches and coug about 8years ove which medicine is used to prevent it and dome times ear pain experience and nose block

I have a snoring problem.what medicine I can to get rid of it. Or any exercise to prevent it from happening

It's been 3 day I have pain in my throat left side, it's not constant but I can feel the pain while moving my neck, because of this my left shoulder & at the back of my neck is also hurting what should I do?

Hi, my friend is having cold and cough for last 3-4 months continuously. It might be due to Bangalore weather. She consulted a ENT doctor, doctor said its bcz of weather condition and prescribed some medicines. Even though she is taking medicines, but there is no improvement in her condition. She even struggles to breathe sometimes. Her periods also skipped for 2 months. She has become weak. She is very miserable due to continuous cough and cold, plz suggest something.
