High frequency sound (noise) in the left
I cleared my left ear with earbud 4 days backing, while doing it there was blood on the bud, which i think is due to rashing on path and not on the eardrum. After that next day ear was paining and on day after that pain became unbearable and i consulted an ENT doctor who said that it's due to infection and ear has small pimples like on the inner boundary or pathway. Then pain was relieved by the medicine(Flexon &  lbx) but as the pain killer effect vanishes, unbearable pain occurs. Then i consulted another ENT and he said i rashed surface of ear which caused it. Now one day after that, i started hearing continuous high frequency type noise in that ear when complete silence is there. I didn't touch eardrum while cleaning with earbud.

As per your description you might have developed acute otitis externa due to injury in the ear canal during cleaning.. complete your course of medicines..then review with your doctor.
