Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am 23 year female I have my tsh t3 t4 test of thyroid The report shows t3-102.00 T4-5.10 Tsh-1.90 what does it mean

I can not talk continuously, nose hole muscle problem, i think the hole has to made wide inside

I am  suffering from cold very reuguler basis.i had few basic tablets like citroze,coldact and d cold but still the problem ramains same.

Report details below - Specimen : throat swab Gram stain: few pus cells, epithelial cells and no bacteria seen Organism isolated : no growth obtained in culture Could you please explain the report and if I have any prob.
