Constant stuffed nose
Mynose has been completely stuffed both nostrils so filled i cannot breath without my mouth even in sleep. however my nose also runns so much even in its stuffiness

Hello! Your problem could be allergic rhinitis with or without sinusitis. You will need a diagnostic nasal endoscopy first followed by a ct scan of the nose and paranasal sinus to evaluate further and determine the treatment accordingly.
