Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Sir, Right from my childhood i have fallen prey of frequent attacks of influenza. Whenever i visit a cold place or eat citrus fruits i get it. Last time i visited kashmir and not more than a hour there i was feeling the onset of running nose. Kindly Help.

A few night ago I woke up in the middle of the night because I felt like I couldn't breath properly. I almost went to the hospital but my partner calmed me down and we decided not to go. But ever Sins then I have the sensation that something is stuck in my throat. I am a smoker but haven't smoked sins and I also drink alcohol but also havent sins. I don't feel pain or feel a lumb. And I don't see anything abnormal in my mouth. But the sensation tally stresses me out... with the thought of cancer
