Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Each year my eardrum gets swollen dueing winters. Yesterday night it happened and i dont even know why.

I am suffering with perforated ear drum. I had some hearing loss. I usually get affected by cold and then followed by infections in ear.

I was trying to clear out ear wax with my finger and now I have bad ear pain. I am not sure what I can do to settle down the pain until I see my physician in the morning.

I feel like blockage in right ear.feels as if air entrapped in ear.feels as if one feels after take off in flight.

I have been suffering from coughing and clearing the throat from more than 1 weeks. I use to clear the phlegm of throat earlier too after I eat or in the morning mostly. But I the last few days I'm doing it more often. Also my uluva is slight longer than earlier. The coughing doesn't come that often also that phlegm of throat after I breathe the stream. Also I often have very dry mouth and throat now which was not present then. Please help

I had surgery on Tuesday and had a severe bleed on a Wednesday, I haven’t bled since I was taken back to surgery. Im on paracetamol, ibuprofen and a course of antibiotics. Am I able to take Vitamin C with Zinc tablets to speed up my recovery?
