R ear fullness and pain, still happening

Asked for Male, 56 Years

I have been diagnosed with sudden sensorineural hearing loss by my ENT on left ear and Eustachian Tube Dysfunction after antibiotics didn't work, steroids didn't help either. ENT says hearing might come back in the future but unlikely it will come back completely. I still have R ear fullness and pain in both ears, also tinnitus. MRI of internal auditory canal only shows a little fluid in mastoid air cells but ENT says he is not worried about it? What can I do about the Eustachian Tube issue?

Sudden hearing loss can recover depending on certain factors. 1)If u have visited within 48 hours and started and started the medications there are certain chance of improvement. 2) age factor You might have to repeat audiomety to see signs of improvement. In some cases it takes about 3 months.
