I really love perfume , but every time I wear it, i seem to get headaches and my tmj flares up bad . Is there anyway i can wear perfume without going through this ?

Usually migraine headaches are triggered by perfumes and usually avoidance of the particular perfume is the only way to avoid the trigger. Routine over the counter analgesics are sufficient to take care of headache
