Watery eyes, too much Sneezing
My eyes water in the morning, sometimes sun, sharp lights n even fan; then sneezing starts, blocked nose and eye watering worsens, sometimes too much watering causes headache.Sometimes upper side inside my mouth is itchy n then again sneezing.. Is it hay fever? Can it have effect on decision making? too much mood swings? Can it be other allergies ? something ear related? It wasn't so until i think in class 10th.

you are suffering from allergic rhinitis..mood swings or lack of decision making might be related to psychological issues.. visit an ENT specialist or psychatrist for opinion..
