Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

While yawning at work earlier today what I believe was a lymph node popped out from under my jaw with a very significant knot, and began to seize up the entire right side of my neck and jaw (like when you stretch and get a Charlie horse). This knot then disappeared suddenly and I began to get very hot and sweat profusely. I began to head to the bathroom and my eyes became dark and disoriented as (when you stand up too fast). My ears clogged up and I began vomiting. Any idea what this could be?

I had nosebleed while sleeping at night for 4-5 times, it wasn't frequent before but during last 2 days it is continuous.

I have been having pain in my ear since long time.. i have been clean my ear, but no effect, i want to know why this happning with me

Suffering from nose block since 1 week, under a medication. But doctor suggested to undergo surgery for sinusitis. Want to take second opinion. My regular symptoms are pain in forehead, blocked nose especially in the night. Have migraine also.

I be been having cold from a month and a lot of cough problem. Cough is like never ending and from last night due to excess of cough I started sneezing so badly that my throat started aching so bad. I have head ache and my ears are also paining.
