From last 2 months under the medication but no relief.vertigo episodes with severe dizziness and vomiting

I hv meniers for last 20 years, gets worse in winters, constant sneezing, headache, dizziness, feeling cold through out the day, blocking of nose, blocked ears

Hi, I've always been prone to allergies as I have a weak immune system. Last year I had a very bad allergy and had to take nasal spray and strong meds to get the mucous out ( I have a concha bullosa as well on both sides). Since a month now I've been having itchy eyes and an itchy throat. Now my throat suddenly got sore and feels like it's burning since two days. Will taking the nasal spray work? I feel like something is in my throat constantly and it is burning. What do you suggest?

My child(6yrs) suffering ear pain (left ear) from today morning, we use ear drops but no relief, please suggest me.

Earlier I have had cold and cough for 2 days. But, when I started feeling better, I had a major pain in my backbone, due to which my temperature fluctuated and it rose above from the head. I started shivering and coughing. I couldn't sleep all night. Also, my urine was a little foamy. There was a difference between the usual and this.
