Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am having a severe throat pain since 2 days. It pains inside the throat when I swallow food.

Respected Sir/Madam, Sub:- Glands swelled, Both side of my parotid glands are swelled from last 5 years, I don't have pain, I was visited ENT specialist doctor , He did MRI scan, ultra scan & some blood test, but all are normal expect parotid, he said to me your parotid Glands are enlarged but don't worried its by birth, As per my observation Glands size are every year going to increasing, I m maintaining well diet & oily food also avoided, Doing regular exercise still my face swelled,

I get sneezing, runny nose and nose block of i am in a room with ac too cold or during nights or early morning when climate is chill. I get better as soon as the temperature becomes normal

Very painful throat during swallowing. I had a history of fever 3 days. Back.. now the fever has subsisted but the throat pain still exists.. it's been almost 4 days I have no relief after taking medicine also
