Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have attached the CT PNS report with the summary. Doctor have suggested to go for "Functional endoscopic sinus surgery". Wanted to consider the second opinion if this can be cured by medication? Symptoms from past 2months - left nostril blocked Eye brows pain Very bad smell from nose Thick liquid comes out more like pus

My brother 30 year old has some allergy problems since last 2-3 years. But this time he had dry cough and cold on 9th Nov, which turns to Phelgm cough now and since one week with running or stuffy nose. He throws out phelgm many times a day, its thin or bit thick with white , yellowish transparent color. He is taking ASCORIL expectorant only twice a day ,since a week. How much time will this take to cure itself?

My nose is a bit enlarged in the middle for the past few years. I am not sure if the nasal bone has enlarged or is it some muscle in that region

Hi Doc, Rajnish here.A week ago my brother found blood in his cough.He consulted with a local doc and he said it's because of mucus around your nose.So he prescribed a cough syrup , antibiotic,and a capsule to breathe in hot water. So my question is ...is it common to have bloody mucus in cold.He doesn't smoke.What do you think about it ?As per you what should my brother do ??

When i clear my nose that time show minor blood in cough .. so is it a issue of worry ???
