Problems swallowing saliva
I have been having a problem swallowing saliva recently, when it comes to swallowing i feel like something closes up and i am then unable to breathe and get very dizzy my heart begins to beat very rapidly, and then it opens up so i can swallow. It happens very often i often feel faint when this happens.

You seem to be suffering from reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related disorder. It can sometimes cause such attacks of laryngeal spasm. You may need to take anti reflux medications for few weeks for long term benefits
