I have this tiny bulge near my talgus (1mm out, and 1 mm down). It doesnt hurt if pressed, but makes me somewhere dizzy sometimes. If i use my nails it will hurt. What can it be?

You seem to be having pre auricular lymph node enlargement which usually occurs secondary to infections of the ear or skin. Usually it will resolve with a course of antibiotics and anti inflammatory drugs. Of swelling persists then you may need to undergo fine needle aspiration cytology
