Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have black spots on my tongue, Local Doctor Prescribed Me Multivitamins and Zinc, folic Acid Tablets but no change. Please Help! (I smoke 2 cigarette A Day on An Average But Have Quit since I visited the doctor for this issue)

Sinus Problem. How do i get rid off this sinus problem. Is there any permanent cure to it? unusual climate n time, i get running nose, not sure on the cause even. Symptons: Running nose, body ache and at times i catch fever as well.

2 days ago i developed a problem swallowing. It HURTS to swallow. It is NOT a painful sharp pain and it really is not in my throat but down a bit like middle of rib cage. Again it is NOT a sharp pain it is a strong pressure and it just HURTS VERY BAD, when I swollow. Like something is stuck in there then it goes away in about 30 seconds.
