Hearing some noises
My father has a problem with his ear for 7 years. He hears a continuous whistle sound every moment. Lots of doctors visited him but they say this problem is insoluble. I'm control Engineer and I'm trying to male a device for solving this issue. so my question is this: Can we learn ear (or related part of brain) to not ear some frequencies? In another word can we make ear (or related part of brain) a bit lazy for some frequencies? thanks for ongoing help ...
