Sore neck inflamed throat
Three days ago someone attempted to strangle me briefly not enough to make me unconscious I now have a tender with a sore inflamed throat and have difficulty swallowing and I’m concerned that this is been caused by choking rather than throat infection

Strangulation is type of blunt injury of the neck and will cause persistent pain in neck and throat for few days to week. You need to take symptomatic treatment in the form of pain killers and anti inflammatory medicines
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
