I have snoring problem while sleeping. Noise is too loud while snoring. My weight is also too much

Long-term issue (+15yrs).Wake to inside left nostril feel thick,inhibit breathing.Remove 'plaque' with finger.No 'picking' slides off easily, no pain.Instant feeling of open-ness. Little residual 'dripping'.No pain.Occurs again by evening, same result. 'Plaque' not scab. Soft, flexible, not sore,curious indentations show the inside shape of nose - circle shapes as if a tube opening and ridges.never asked doc.No medical issues except recent 3yrs vestibular imbalance (labyrinthitus).

Hi, I think my ear piercing is infected. I see pus and blood discharge. I saw on google that I shouldn't take it out. But I feel like I'm not cleaning it out properly if I don't remove it. just need to know if I can remove it during shower and return it after. Thanks.

Taking medication for 4-5 days, there was a great improvement.I would say the problem was now only 25% of the initial.But, still I feel a little heaviness.After taking the English medicines as prescribed by ENT for 5 days,I told this problem to parents.Thrn a family homeopathic Doctors gave 2 medicine-R49 (Raeckveg) and 'Sinus aid' tablet.. My question is how long will it take to get me totally cured?

I am suffering pain in my throat since 2 months .. The problem occurs when i swallow slavia. In eating n drinking no problem.. I have also done mri of my neck... Many antibiotics n antialergies taken... Mri report says( enlarged thyriod gland with diffusely alerted ill defined signals of hetrogeneous Cystic lesion. ??colloid nodules.. No more mass n lymfodynopathy seen.. I am understanding problem.. Some doctors suggest malignancy test.. My age is 86...n plz tell me ..wht happening..
