Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

For about 3 days now, I am having a really red and warm left ear in the evening. It persists about 3 hours and eventually goes away. And i also feel really uncomfortable like after a fever, but I'm not feverish. Is it something related to my BP, or something ?

I have a problem related my throat infection since 1.5 year. If eat some cold or sweet food then i cause started pain in my throat. I have done sinus surgery 1 year ago.

I had a earlobe piecing for the past 4 months and it was still hurting so I decide to change to a gold piercing but the gold piercing after I put it on I felt it was king of heavy and it was making the hole a little bitter so I got frustrated and removed and decide to let the hole close and also before I remove it sometimes a light yellow liquid was coming out sometimes I thought that it was fine to remove it but now I'm having fever and it hurts a lot

Just over 2 weeks ago, I hit my nose on a corner of the wall in my apartment. I was quickly picking my head up and moving it to the right, when the right side of my nose smashed into the wall. It caused minor pain and a nosebleed initially, and the impact area (just to the right of the bridge of my nose) was cut and bruised slightly. All of the pain, bruising, and cuts in that are have gone away. However, the strip of my noise between the nostrils (columella I think) is tender and swollen.

My wife has hole in the ear drum Dr suggested operation what will be the consequences if I will not go for operation. For next 1 or 2 year.

I am suffering from night snoring problem from long time and it is increasing with time I want permanent solution for this problem

Sneezing and running nose have become way too frequent for me. The symptoms occur only when I'm in Blr. What can I do to prevent this?

Hii i have problem to speak sometimes when i speak i trap and feel so bad. Thats my tongue problem during the speak. Thats my negative point in job as well am 27 years old do u have any solutions for that thanks

SNHL (hearing loss) since 6years- old(current age-24). I have been using hearing aids ,but it is of no help.(uses 16channel hearing aids). Is there any way to improve .i have met ENT professional who scares me saying it will only get worse as i age.
