Please confirm whether I should visit GP or ENT specialist for cold and cough problem. I am having problem while talking as I am having pain in my vocal chords while talking because of cough

For the past two days, l haven't been able to eat anything because when l swallow, my throat hurts a lot immediately. Also, my sinuses don't look like they usually seem and when l blow my nose, hardly anything comes out. What can it be?

Hi, my name is Sudheer. I have been suffering from cough since last five days. I have used the cough syrup named Asthatus-DX and Ambrorelief. But there's no change. The problem I have notified is when I have flume in me cough was severe, when there's no flume no cough, but a little ich in throat and little cough now and then. Flume was in light greenish colour. On Monday I had a sore throat. On Tuesday I had a sore throat and coughed up mucus. On Wednesday I went to my doctor and started azithromycin (2 first day, 1 the next 4 days). Today is Friday and I have no sore throat, semi-productive cough. When am I no longer contagious?

Since last 3years my voice had changed completely from sweet to weird.When i shout little much,my throat stop working,voice become like deeper and heavy.When i asked to a general physician he said you may lost your voice.i inform him about my reducing weight then he said its all happening coz of your throat problem.Is it this? how can i get that sweet voice back

For many yrs I have had left ear problems, I.e perforation and fragrant green/ yellow discharge, 2 months ago I became dizzy and unwell and dr said I had inner ear infection and perforation, 2 months on the problem has not changed so dr used suction to remove puss and build up and said my ear drum was fully perforated and booked me an urgent e.n.t appt to check for a tumor, 2 days on from suction I am in real pain with a lot of discharge and my ear canal is swelling closed, what is your opinion?
