Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

For the past month I've been suffering from a co start congestion in my right nostril, yet I'm not sick, I don't have a cough or a tickle. I don't think it's allergies cause I also don't have a runny nose or sneezing. It maintains itself within the right nostril, and only VERY rarely switches but only for a second. I would just like to know what's wrong with me.

Pain in left ear and left nostril of upper mouth.Also feel pain on neck for spondilysis 1st stage.I have two bad teeth on left gum.suffering from ear pain for last 2 months and only heat therapy like hot salt-water gurgle or warm mustard oil can give some relief.please help me

Nose conjunction in morning hrs almost daily. After afternoon it improves. There is no cough in throat. It causes headache.

I have always having something in my throat from many years (maybe 10). Whenever I wake up in the morning, I feel difficulty in talking. Whenever I swallow my own saliva, something is in the way of it. I do eat oily foods maybe that would be the reason, but I have been avoiding recently and doesn't seems to improve.
